Week counting starts from the first day of your last period (the medical convention), so "22 weeks, 3 days" means 22 completed weeks. If your provider gave you an updated due date after an ultrasound, change it in Settings and everything — including notifications — adjusts instantly.
Sync uses your personal iCloud. Make sure both devices are signed into the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive enabled, then open the app and give it a minute on Wi-Fi.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Expecting is allowed, then open the app once — schedules refresh every time the app opens.
Settings → "This pregnancy has ended." Whether you're celebrating an arrival or grieving a loss, all notifications stop immediately and your records are archived privately.
